Was visiting my parents and noticed the hall carpet was wet outside the bathroom from an apparent leak. We saw the Aqua Tech ad in the Sun Lakes paper and called and left a message even though it was late Sat afternoon. WOW!!! I have used David in the past and we just recently had a water heater that leaked. It was 9 PM and I called David. He had a new water heater installed by 5 PM the next day. He replaced all water and gas line connections and guaranteed everything for 1 year. He finished in 2 hours. I am a Solera resident and got a 10% discount. WoW! I found a professional plumber! David Railsback… Thank You! My 75 gallon water heater went out, I found Aqua Tech Plumbing & Drain listed on the Bradford White website as a recommended contractor (already a good sign from a reputable large corporation)… I called and David himself picked up – we setup a time for a same day visit, he came looked around double checked my warranty identified what needed to be done and established a time for installation the next day… After a couple of hours I had hot water again! It needs to be noted that the copper piping that David had to undo was reinstalled with new tubing AND looked better than the original installation. David ensured the work area was clean and stuck around to ensure proper operation. Aaaaaaand a couple days later I got a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was alright. If you want prompt courteous professional experienced service, I highly recommend Aqua Tech Plumbing & Drain.
We had a dishwasher hose leak that we couldn’t fix and saw David’s ad in the Solera Dream Catcher. We called and David came as soon as he was finished with another job. He was very professional and fixed the problem in a very short time. He was very nice to deal with and a very personable young man. We highly recommend him to anyone.
David R. of Aqua Tech Plumbing and Drain Cleared an especially hard to get to drain in our bathroom. He didn’t give up, actually had to remove the tip on his router in order to get around a 90 degree turn in the driain pipe. Then also used a hose to further flush the system. Excellent job at fair price. Would use again.
